Moving Inside to Run on the Treadmill

It’s been getting pretty cold lately with temperatures near freezing. Since I’ve been running on roads, I am a little uncomfortable possibly hitting black ice, combined with lots of acorns and sticks on the ground.
So, I’ve moved to the gym to run on the treadmill.

Join Me for a Charity 5k at Yankee Stadium

I just signed up for the inaugural Damon Runyon 5K Run/Walk for Cancer Research at Yankee Stadium, taking place November 15, 2009.
This unique event will actually take place inside Yankee Stadium. Runners will get to explore the Stadium and finish with a lap around the warning track that circles the field.
