
I seem to pick a lot of songs with sounds that sometimes freak me out while running – the worst is when I think I hear a siren.

I’ve had a really tough time running the past few weeks – I am out of breath nearly a 1/4 mile into a run.

I ran in the inaugural Damon Runyon 5K Run/Walk for Cancer Research yesterday at Yankee Stadium and raised $2,570. My goal was $3,500, and while I didn’t reach it in advance, donations can be made through December 18, 2009.

I will be running the inaugural Damon Runyon 5K Run/Walk for Cancer Research at Yankee Stadium this coming Sunday, and I just got the route we’ll be taking.
