Distance Running Will Result In Injury

One of the simplest and cheapest ways of staying fit is to take up running. All you need is a pair of running shoes and a little bit of determination and the sport of running can be enjoyed by young and old alike. It should be mentioned, though, if you are going to run consistently (and by this I mean 4 or more times a week) you are going to get injured.
