It seems that there are a lot of people out there who simply do not appreciate what a good walk can do for them. If you are out of shape or simply have not been out exercising in a while, you might want to do what you can to change that. A great way to get some fresh air, enjoy the sights, have time to think and to get into shape is to walk. Of course, a super slow walk, where a baby could crawl faster, isn’t exactly what I’m talking about.
