My personal opinion is that maybe that is somewhat backwards. I prefer to say that smarter people like to run. It makes perfect sense.

I was very impressed to say the least; I have the utmost respect for anyone who can run a marathon. After asking a few questions, it came to light that this “marathon” was actually a 10k race. That is still no small feat, and I was still impressed, just to a lesser extent. Maybe he just incorrectly categorized it, or maybe he wasn’t much of a runner and any longer race was like a marathon to him. The time and effort put into how to train for a 10k probably made it seem like a marathon for sure. There are many people in that exact situation I would think. You want to take up running, and train for a longer race, but any race over a mile seems like a marathon to you. If that is the case then let’s take a look at a few key points to keep in mind as you start looking into how to train for a 10k.

However, they do not always mean and assure success. Great sports players are bright, wise, and strong and they can endure to the end. Endurance is a term that refers to the ability of an athlete to sustain energy for a long time or distance. It is a very well-known term for sports like running, swimming and many others. This is why endurance training is very popular. It is known to be the most effective training in preparing athletes for big sports events next to strength training. Others believe that these two come hand in hand.
