<p>Sometimes if I&#8217;m not paying attention to the music, I&#8217;ll be caught off guard by what seems to be an ambulance racing up behind me.</p>
<p>One that comes to mind is <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&#038;location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref_%3Dnb%255Fss%255F0%255F14%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dring%2520the%2520alarm%2520beyonce%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Ddigital-music%26sprefix%3DRing%2520The%2520Alarm&#038;tag=velocitynyc&#038;linkCode=ur2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957">Ring the Alarm by Beyonce</a>.</p>
<p>Read <a href="http://inside.nike.com/blogs/nikerunning_sportmusic-en_US/2009/10/31/five-freaky-sounds-that-you-don-t-want-in-running-songs">Five Freaky Sounds That You Don’t Want in Running Songs</a> for other sounds you probably want to eliminate from your song selection when running.<img src="https://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=velocitynyc&#038;l=ur2&#038;o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /></p>
